Welcome the James R. Macdonald Laboratory's test of general safety and laser safety knowledge. Passing this exam annually (along with out separate radiation safety exam) will authorize you to enter and use the facility.

The exam consists of ten multiple-choice questions. The questions may have more than one answer, and you must correctly mark all the correct choices to pass a given question. Each question is worth 10 points, and a score of 80 or better is required to pass the exam. You may quit the test at any time by clicking the "Quit" button, which will return you to the test's start page.
