Physics Printer Instructions:

1. Click "Start" --> Click "Printers and Faxes"
2. Highlight all of the printers (EXCLUDING the Adobe PDF Printer!) and hit the delete key



3. Select "Yes" when it asks if you are sure you want to delete the selected printers

Adding New Printers:

1. Click "Start" --> Click "Printers and Faxes"
2. Select "Add a printer" in the upper left hand corner



3. Click "Next"
4. Make sure "A network printer" is selected and click "Next"




5. Make sure "Find a printer in the Directory is selected" and click "Next"



6. Click the "Find Now" button on the right hand side of the new window



7. Click on your desired printer and click "OK"
8. Choose if you want the printer to be your default printer or not and click "Next"



9. Click "Finish"
   



10. Repeat steps to add additional printers
