Peter David Schuyler was born 18 April 1659 as per Bible records Vol. 36 page 29 Dutch Settlers Yearbook.

Two other children were buried: 1685 Albany Ref. Ch. death records. One April 8 one June 8.

The will of Gerrit Van Slichtenhorst mentions daughter Alida wife of Pieter Davids Schuyler (NY Historical Society Wills).

A Peter Schuyler rents the small pall 2 December 1682 and 30 December 1683. Peter David Schuyler's wife is buried 25 December 1747. It is difficult to tell which Peter Schuyler buried the two children although I expect it is this one. The only other Peter is son of Philip #1.

The 1697 census of Albany lists Alida Schuyler 1 female 4 children.

**Albany Rensselaerswyck and Schenectady court minutes vol. 3 pg. 114 David Schuyler appears in court 10 May 1681, with the will of Gerrit Van Schayk, the former husband of his David's) daughter-in-law Alida Van Schlichtenhorst.
***Albany ref. ch. death records state that the wife of Peter Davids Schuyler died 25 December 1748. I have found only 2 Peter Davids Schuylers for this time period. The wife of one is still alive in the 1760's leaving Alida V. Slichtenhorst as the only living Mrs. Peter Davids Schuyler. However she should have been listed as the widow of Peter David not wife of. Further research may prove who this death refers to.

ALIDA VAN SLICHTENHORST - married Peter Schuyler 18 April 1681. She was the widow of Gerrit Van Schaick (he wrote his will 1 November 1679). Alida was the daughter of Gerrit Van Slichtenhorst.
